Could Missouri be the next voter ID state? FROM TRUE THE VOTE, SUBMITTED BY DONNIE G. ,

True the Vote is an initiative developed by citizens for citizens to inspire and equip citizen activists for involvement at every stage of America's electoral process
True the Vote

Could Missouri be the next voter ID state?

Sometimes it pays to not be the first out of the gate. If Missouri’s HB 1631 holds up, we could be seeing a new generation of voter ID laws without the typical aspects the left-wing grievance class loves to hate.

Under the bill, a person wishing to cast a regular ballot in person would have to provide one of the following: a nonexpired MO driver’s license; a MO personal ID card; or a nonexpired photo ID with visible birthdate issued by the U.S. Government, State of Missouri, U.S. Department of Defense or Veterans Affairs. An expired ID could be used only if it expired since the “most recent general election.” If a person cannot comply due to mental or physical handicap, inability to obtain a birth certificate, religious conflict or born before January 1, 1946, they may sign an affidavit to vote.

Missourians: your voice truly can help push this legislation forward. Even though the bill is only days old, you should encourage your state representative to cosponsor and publicly pledge support. You can look up your representative
here. And don’t stop there. Contact your Missouri House Leadership to make sure HB 1631 is pushed along. 2016 can be Missouri’s year to finally get this done.

Paul Ryan Builds Border Fence Around His Mansion, Doesn’t Fund Border Fence in Omnibus

A recent Breitbart News investigation reveals that who has a two-decade-long history of promoting open borders immigration policies, seems to support border fences for himself, even as he denies the American people those same protections.
While Paul Ryan’s omnibus spending bill does not provide funding for the mandatory completion of a 700-mile double-layer border fence that Congress promised the American people nearly a decade ago when it passed the 2006 Secure Fence Act, Paul Ryan has constructed a fence around his property.
As Breitbart News’s photographic documentation reveals, Ryan’s home is surrounded by a tall border fence reinforced by equally high bushes— ensuring both privacy and security. Moreover, the fence is manned by an on-duty agent who guards his property’s perimeter. Upon even the slightest appearance of any unusual activity— such as a 5’2″ female taking a photograph of the fence— Ryan’s border agent will deploy into action to ensure the perimeter’s sovereignty.

Panorama view of the Paul Ryan border fence.

Over the course of the past six months, there has been heightened national focus on Americans’ desire for a border fence following the GOP presidential frontrunners’ call for a border wall. A Rasmussen Reports survey released in August of this year found that likely Republican voters, by greater than a 4-1 margin, support Donald Trump’s plan to build a border wall (70 percent vs. 17 percent). Amongst all likely voters, a majority (51 percent) support building the border wall.
Congress promised the American people a 700-mile border fence in the 2006 Secure Fence Act. However, funding for the project was subsequently gutted and, as a result, construction was never completed.
While Paul Ryan’s $1.1 trillion year-end omnibus spending package was able to allocate funding for immigration programs that benefit foreign nationals— such as federal grants for lawless sanctuary cities and the U.S. resettlement tens of thousands of refugees— his bill does not require an allotment of funds be spent on the completion of the 700-mile-long fence that the American voters were promised.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL)
has previously highlighted the hypocrisy of immigration expansionists who surround their homes with border fences and monitor who comes on their property but do not apparently believe the American people deserve the same protections. Sessions pointed specifically to open borders advocate Mark Zuckerberg who, according to reports, spent $30 million buying the surrounding four homes around his own property in order to get “a little more privacy.” Sessions said, “Well, the ‘masters of the universe’ are very fond of open borders as long as these open borders don’t extend to their gated compounds and fenced-off estates.”
On previous occasions, Ryan has repeatedly suggested that the American people are not entitled to discriminate against who enters their country on a visa. When Sean Hannity asked Paul Ryan about whether or not he would support curbs to Muslim immigration, Paul Ryan declared, “That’s not who we are.”
However, Ryan’s fence ensures that no refugees will be able to enter his property without his permission— even as U.S. communities are not able to make any such restrictions.

RUSH LIMBAUGH, GOP Sells America Down the River

GOP Sells America Down the River
Posted: 18 Dec 2015 10:26 PM PST

RUSH: The country was just sold down the river again by your very Republican Party.
I have a headline here from the Washington Times:  "White House Declares Total Victory Over GOP in Budget Battle." That headline's a misnomer.  There was never a battle.  None of this was opposed.  The Republican Party didn't stand up to any of it, and the die has been cast for a long time on this.  I know many of you are dispirited, depressed, angry, combination of all of that. But, folks, there was no other way this could go. Because two years ago when the Republican Party declared they would never do anything that would shut down the government and they would not impeach Obama, there were no obstacles in Obama's way and there were no obstacles in the way of the Democrat Party.  When you surrender the power of the purse -- and that's the primary power the House of Representatives has.  Not a penny of money can be spent in this country by this government without the House of Representatives authorizing it.  Obama can spend all he wants, but if the House doesn't give him the mechanism, he can't spend any of it.  But the Republicans squandered that.  They gave up the power of the purse.  The reason they did that is because for some inexplicable reason, they are literally paranoid and scared to death of even being accused of doing something that would shut down the government.
So to avoid even the accusation that they were going to or would ever even think of shutting down the government, they signaled that whatever Obama wanted to spend, he would get, because they figured that had less damage to them politically than the allegation that they were shutting down the government.  So, very simply, ever since the Republican Party became the party of keeping the government open at all costs, we get bills like this.  There's simply no stopping the Democrats.  There's no mechanism.  Every constitutional mechanism found in the power of the purse, Separation of Powers, the Republican Party years ago gave it away, in total fear of the media.
Now, there's also a factor that needs to be mentioned, too, and that is that many Republican donors want every bit of this money spent, and they have donated voluminously to key Republicans in order to get the money spent. So it's not all Republican fears. It's not all Republican caving.  A lot of it is Republican fealty and loyalty to some of their donors.  Some people today looking at this, and this is 2,009 pages.  It's said to be a spending bill.  Among the things that it does, it fully funds Obamacare.
It fully funds Planned Parenthood.  That, to me, is unforgivable, with everything now known about what goes on behind closed doors at Planned Parenthood, and that the federal government, led by a Republican Party, sees fit to pay for it.  It is beyond comprehension, and it is a total squandering of moral authority to fully fund the butchery at Planned Parenthood.  This spending bill fully pays for Obama's refugee plans, fully.  This spending bill, this budget bill quadruples the number of visas Obama wants for foreign workers.  This is even a slap at American union workers.  Not the leaders.  The union leaders seem to be in favor of it, but blue-collar people, known as working people, have been sold down the river along with everybody else here.
This spending bill even fully pays for every dime asked for by Obama on all of this idiocy that's tied up into climate change.  Everything Obama wanted, everything he asked for, he got.  You go down the list of things, it's there.
And this is causing some people to wonder if they just dreamed all that stuff about Boehner resigning.  And then other people are wondering if they even dreamed all that stuff about the Republicans winning the largest number of seats they've had in Congress since the Civil War.  We had two midterm elections in 2010 and 2014, which were landslide victories for the Republican Party.  The Democrat Party lost over a thousand seats nationwide in just those two elections.  People went to the polls in droves wanting exactly what was rubber-stamped last night (or what will be) stopped.
And instead they showed up in record numbers and they it turned out and they just defeated Democrats down the ballot. In the process, they elected Republicans to stop this.  And now the Republicans have the largest number of seats in the House they've had in Congress since the Civil War.  And it hasn't made any difference at all.  It is as though Nancy Pelosi is still running the House and Harry Reid is still running the Senate.  "Betrayed" is not even the word here.  What has happened here is worse than betrayal. Betrayal is pretty bad, but it's worse than that.
This was out-and-out, in-our-face lying, from the campaigns to individual statements made about the philosophical approach Republicans had to all this spending.  There is no Republican Party!  You know, we don't even need a Republican Party if they're gonna do this.  You know, just elect Democrats, disband the Republican Party, and let the Democrats run it, because that's what's happening anyway.  And these same Republican leaders doing this can't, for the life of them, figure out why Donald Trump has all the support that he has?  They really can't figure this out?
Repeated stabs in the back like this -- which have been going on for years -- combined with Obama's policy destruction of this country, is what has given rise to Donald Trump.  If Donald Trump didn't exist and if the Republican Party actually does want to win someday, they'd have to invent him.  It's just mind-boggling when you figure out everything that has been granted Obama. All the money, the tax increases, the Cadillac plans in Obamacare. All kinds of punitive things in Obamacare, delayed yet again so that people will not be made aware of the pain and suffering Obamacare's gonna cause.
This budget even gives Obamacare cover by delaying some of the most harsh aspects of it.  And the reason for that is, delay the harsh aspects and you prevent people from learning what they are, at the same time you get more years for the tentacles of Obamacare to deeply weave themselves into the fabric of society, making repeal of the thing more politically difficult.  So you could also say that the Republican budget bill actually improves the odds of Obamacare surviving and growing.  You have to look long and hard for this whole thing to find any opposition to anything the Democrat Party wants.
Jeff Sessions, senator from Alabama, is calling this a betrayal, fully funding the Obama immigration agenda, the climate change agenda, increasing foreign workers.  He said, "This is why Trump is now triumphing here and probably will win.  The voters have come to believe that their own party's elites are not only uninterested in defending their interests, but -- as with this legislation and fast tracking the president's international trade deal -- Republican voters would not be wrong to conclude that their own Republican leaders are hostile to them, just as Democrat leaders are hostile to Republican voters."
And as Sessions points out, "This legislation represents a further disenfranchisement of the American voter." Clearly! In the last two midterm elections, the American electorate has stood up and loudly stated, 'No. We don't want this. Stop this."  It didn't matter.  It's so bad that over at they're making excuses for Paul Ryan.  I think in some places in the left-wing media, they can't believe the scope of the betrayal.  They're feeling a little guilty at how easy this has been.  They're feeling a little guilty here.  I'm joking, of course.  But one of the columnists said, "Hey, you know, you guys need to cut Ryan some slack.  He was left with a huge mess and not much time to fix it."
Isn't that what they always said with Boehner? "He was left with a huge mess"? Isn't that what they always say about Obama?  "He was left with a huge mess. Man, it was much worse than he even knew.  Nobody told him the truth."  It seems to be a constant refrain and excuse.  "According to Sessions, the American people elected Republicans to the majority in Congress in 2014 as a rejection of the Obama administration's immigration policies," and any number of other things. "'That loyalty has been repaid with betrayal,' he said. ... Sessions added, 'As feared, the effect is to fund the president’s entire immigration agenda.'"
"Planned Parenthood Unscathed in Spending Bill," from a very happy and cheering  "Planned Parenthood is praising Democrats in Congress after the spending bill released early Wednesday morning spared the organization from cuts.  As expected, the spending bill does not defund Planned Parenthood, a clear deal-breaker for Democrats, but the absence of spending cuts is still noteworthy given the intensity of the push to defund the group..." There was never any intensity to... It's what we now know.
There wasn't any intensity to defund.  All there was is just a bunch of words, just a bunch of people standing up saying they were going to.  This wouldn't stand.  They were gonna lead an effort to defund it. But nobody ever meant it.  "Planned Parenthood Vice President Dana Singiser praised congressional Democrats on Wednesday for 'holding the line against these harmful policy riders and cuts to key women's health programs.'"  Also from, another reporter cheering as well. "Funds for Obama Climate Deal Survive."
They were never threatened, never in peril.  There wasn't a battle.  "Secret Deal Quadruples Foreign Workers -- Chamber of Commerce Backs Guest Worker Program."  Translation:  More cheap labor will eagerly be brought into the country under a visa program or they will be employed.  "Hey, why not, Rush?  The unemployment's rate's 5%.  We got plenty of room for foreign workers."  Right.  That, to me... All this Republican campaign stuff going on obfuscating or clouding this a little bit, but that really is the news of the last 12 to 18 hours.
Sanctuary cities, fully funded.  All Mideast immigration programs, fully funded.  All these things that have been exploited by terrorists.
Sanctuary cities, fully funded.  All refugees, fully funded.  The release of criminal aliens, fully funded.
The Democrat leftist wet dream has just been paid for.

Bernie Sanders' Plan Explained and Debunked!

From author, and talk show host, Rod Eccles:, The citizen soldier is the foundation of our Second Amendment,

BY:  Rod Eccles
Back in the days of The Revolutionary War, we had a militia called the Minute Men that always stood at the ready.  They were always ready to go and defend the nation in a minute’s notice. Americans were keenly aware that the nation, as it were, was in a state of war and that every man with a rifle was a soldier and at that time the fledgling nation needed every rifle it could get.
Today, as it was over 230 years ago, we are at war. However, this is not your typical war. It is not a war that our government has formally declared but none the less, we are at war because war has been declared on the United States, our allies, and all of Western Civilization. This time, our enemy is Radical Islam
We have seen numerous attacks on our own soil over the last 30 plus years and you could say it started in a major way back in 1994 when the first World Trade Center bombing happened.
We have seen this war in full action as recently as a week or so ago in San Bernardino, California. On that terrible day, two radicalized Islamists decided to shoot and kill 14 Americans and wound countless others and they fully intended to do even more damage and destruction with pipe bombs that, luckily, did not detonate.
Groups like ISIS and others have repeatedly said that the West, led by the United States, is the great Satan and they intend to bring that Satan down.  They have declared war on us. Presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson, said we needed to have a modern and up to date version of air raid drills and he does not realize just how right he is.

Donald Trump rips budget process for being a 'joke'

OBAMA, THE MUSLIM, OPENS White House Door to RADICAL CAIR Rep, Ignores Muslim Reformers

He accused the FBI of killing two men in cold blood in separate incidents. But Obama administration officials saw Hassan Shibly as a suitable representative of the American Muslim community to include at Monday’s White House meeting on combating religious discrimination, the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has learned.
Shibly is the chief executive director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Florida. Since 2008, FBI policy has barred outreach communication with CAIR officials due to documents seized by law enforcement which place CAIR and its founders at the heart of a Hamas-support network at the time of CAIR’s creation. Eyewitness interviews recently obtained by the IPT further detail CAIR’s ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Until it determines “whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS, the FBI does not view CAIR as an appropriate liaison partner,” a senior official wrote in 2009.
Why would the White House include CAIR when FBI policy is to avoid the group? A White House spokesperson wouldn’t say, telling the IPT in an email Tuesday afternoon that “CAIR state chapter representatives have been included in broad meetings” with the White House and other cabinet-level agencies.
The meeting’s focus is understandable, but the inclusion of a prominent CAIR official serves only to enhance the status of a group with documented ties to a terrorist-financing network. And the exclusion of voices representing non-Islamist Muslim reformers just makes their challenge of getting a fair hearing for their ideas more difficult.

Hagel: The White House Tried to ‘Destroy’ Me

Hagel: The White House Tried to ‘Destroy’ Me

Jet-lagged from a long overseas trip, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel had just sat down with his wife for a quiet dinner at an upscale Italian restaurant in northern Virginia when his phone rang. Itwas the White House on the line. President Barack Obama wanted to speak with him.
It was Aug. 30, 2013, and the U.S. military was poised for war. Obama had publicly warned Syrian strongman Bashar al-Assad that his regime would face consequences if it crossed a “red line” by employing chemical weapons against its own people. Assad did it anyway, and Hagel had spent the day approving final plans for a barrage of Tomahawk cruise missile strikes against Damascus. U.S. naval destroyers were in the Mediterranean, awaiting orders to fire.
Instead, Obama told a stunned Hagel to stand down. Assad’s Aug. 21 chemical attack in a Damascus suburb had killed hundreds of civilians, but the president said the United States wasn’t going to take any military action against the Syrian government. The president had decided to ignore his own red line — a decision, Hagel believes, that dealt a severe blow to the credibility of both Obama and the United States.
“Whether it was the right decision or not, history will determine that,” Hagel told Foreign Policy in a two-hour interview, his first extensive public comments since he was forced out of his position in February. “There’s no question in my mind that it hurt the credibility of the president’s word when this occurred.”
In the days and months afterward, Hagel’s counterparts around the world told him their confidence in Washington had been shaken over Obama’s sudden about-face. And the former defense secretary said he still hears complaints to this day from foreign leaders.
“A president’s word is a big thing, and when the president says things, that’s a big deal,” he said.
Hagel, now that time has passed and he’s willing to discuss his tenure in office, cited the episode as an example of a White House that has struggled to formulate a coherent policy on Syria, holding interminable meetings that would often end without a decision, even as conditions on the ground worsened and the death toll grew steadily higher.

Paul Ryan Betrays America: $1.1 Trillion, 2,000-Plus Page Omnibus Bill

Paul Ryan Betrays America: $1.1 Trillion, 2,000-Plus Page Omnibus Bill Funds ‘Fundamental Transformation of America’

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)
’s first major legislative achievement is a total and complete sell-out of the American people masquerading as an appropriations bill.

Too harsh, you say? Let the programs, the spending, and the implications speak for themselves.
(1) Ryan’s Omnibus Fully Funds DACA
Though much of the public attention has surrounded the President’s 2014 executive amnesty, the President’s 2012 amnesty quietly continues to churn out work permits and federal benefits for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. Paul Ryan’s bill funds entirely this 2012 executive amnesty for “DREAMers”—or illegal immigrants who came to the country as minors.
Specifically, Division F of Ryan’s omnibus bill contains no language that would prohibit the use of funds to continue the President’s unconstitutional program. Obama’s executive action, known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), has granted around 700,000 illegal aliens with work permits, as well as the ability to receive tax credits and federal entitlement programs. A recent GAO report documented how this illegal amnesty program for alien youth is, in large part, responsible for the illegal alien minor surge on our southern border.
In 2013, Paul Ryan said that it is his job as a U.S. lawmaker to put himself in the shoes of “the DREAMer who is waiting” and work to find legislative solutions to his or her problems.

What Does Putin Think of Trump?

It appears that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a big fan of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump:
Russian President Vladimir Putin had kind words for his “stablemate” Donald Trump during an annual end-of-the-year Q-and-A session in Moscow.

"He’s a really brilliant and talented person, without any doubt,” Putin told reporters, according to a translation by Interfax. "It’s not our job to judge his qualities, that’s a job for American voters, but he’s the absolute leader in the presidential race.”
Trump, the GOP presidential front-runner, has been blunt about his plans for defrosting U.S. relations with Russia should he be elected president.

"I would get along with him,” Trump previously said of Putin, adding, "I would get along with a lot of the world leaders that this country is not getting along with.”

At Thursday’s press conference, Putin seemed to support Trump’s claim.

“He says he wants to move on to a new, more substantial relationship, a deeper relationship with Russia, how can we not welcome that?” Putin said. "Of course we welcome that."
It will be interesting to see how Trump and other GOP candidates respond to the kind words. Trump has defended Putin's policy in Syria, while other candidates have approached the situation with caution.

What do you think of Putin's endorsement?

December 15, 2015 5:05 pm
(Conservative Tribune) – Once again, the “most transparent administration in history” has proven itself to be the exact opposite of what it claims.
This time, the opaqueness of the Obama administration is in regards to their efforts at importing tens of thousands of refugees from war-torn jihadist hotbeds like Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory, a Republican, joined Fox News host Bill O’Reilly on Monday to discuss the issue of Syrian refugees, among other things, and revealed that the Obama administration has kept his state out of the loop regarding who will be resettled there.
“We’re not even told by the president,” McCrory said. “I think the most misinformation is that the federal government and Homeland Security and the president tell each governor when these Syrian refugees come to our state. We have no communication whatsoever on when they come, where they go, who they are.
“And that’s what our major objection is. Our local homeland security people, who are the ones that have to respond to any emergency, are not in the communication loop with the the president of the United States.”
This is simply frightening, as it shows that the Obama administration doesn’t trust or even inform America’sgovernors about things that are certainly in their purview as the duly elected leaders of their state, such as potential radical Islamic jihadists being brought into their state via the federal government.
We already know that the federal vetting process for refugees and immigrants is sorely lacking, and now the administration is making it difficult, if not impossible, for the states to pick up the slack and close the information gap left by the inadequate half-measures of the feds.

Christian Pastor on Trial for Preaching that Islam is Satanic By Onan Coca

That whole “it could never happen here” argument is starting to get old.
History has innumerable examples of how things that should never happen invariably do happen. Whether it’s democratic Germany becoming fascist (and racist), once anti-communist America seriously flirting with an avowed socialist politician, or formerly atheist Russia becoming the most outspoken “Christian” nation in the world, history has a way of taking our preconceived notions about what is and isn’t possible and flipping those things on their head.
This same kind of “upsidedowness” is currently developing within Western culture with regards to Christianity, and more generally, Judeo-Christian ethics. Whether on homosexuality, Islam or liberty – our modern culture seems to be honestly repulsed by the many miracles that Judeo-Christian beliefs have bestowed upon our civilization.
In fact, that repulsion to our beliefs has become so strong that we are even being jailed for speaking our mind (take that freedom of speech)!
In Northern Ireland (the once bastion of Protestant Christianity), an evangelical preacher is now ON TRIAL for saying something that other people find offensive.
In a sermon from May of 2014, Pastor James McConnell told congregants at Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle “Islam is heathen. Islam is satanic.” (We brought you Pastor McConnell’s story earlier this year.) While obviously offensive (to any practitioner of Islam), these comments are (and have been) orthodox Christian beliefs since the birth of Islam. To condemn these things as unlawful is the height of religious intolerance and democratic injustice. Just as we don’t condemn the Muslim for believing and preaching the SAME EXACT things about Christians, we should not be condemned for these ideas.
The prosecutor on the case, David Russell, told the court this past week that the case had “nothing to do with religion or freedom of expression.” No, instead Russell argued that Pastor McConnell was guilty of characterizing “the followers of an entire religion in a stereotypical way. And that's grossly offensive and that's not protected from saying it from a pulpit."
This is complete and utter foolishness.
This case has everything to do with religious freedom, freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Also, every religion characterizes the followers of entire other religions in stereotypical ways - it unavoidably follows belief in any exclusive idea. Plainly said, a conviction of Pastor McConnell in this case would mean that Northern Ireland has decided that freedom of religion, expression and speech no longer matter, and that any idea, belief or comment can be prosecuted.
The sad decline of Western Civilization continues to pick up speed as liberal nannies continue searching for new ways to control the mouths and minds of every single person they can.

Scary as HELL video! Witness the misery in Europe at the hands of Muslim “refugees.” Pay attention, America! Pay close attention!

By Thomas Madison
The most popular name for a male baby in London today is Muhammed!
The following video, sent to us by Powdered Wig reader, Stokes Terri, is not a motion picture of Hollywood fiction, produced for entertainment. It is not a prediction of some future possibility.
This is happening NOW! Today, all over Europe Muslim “refugees” are invading the typically passive and free nations of Europe. They are draining the European welfare system. They are making a complete mess and health hazard of the countryside with their garbage, which they abandon in place in their camps alongside the roadways. They are raping and beating their hosts and threatening them at every opportunity. They promise to breed the German people out of existence.
The worst of the misery is in Germany, where clueless Chancellor, Angela Merkel, has invited an endless stream of Muslim migrants into the once proud and peaceful nation. Not coincidentally, the majority of the so-called “refugees” are young, battle-age males. Merkel’s politically correct and inclusive stupidity is no doubt the result of having grown up under the communist tyranny in East Germany.
Heed this warning, America. Learn from Europe’s suicidal mistake.
While watching this phenomenon take place in Europe, many American politicians are playing the safe, politically correct card of tolerance, acceptance, and inclusion. Only one has been bold and brave enough to play the Trump card, proposing a halt to Muslim immigration in the United States to prevent future Tashfeen Maliks from committing mass murder of innocent Americans.
Rise up, America! Be vocal, be vigilant, vote for Donald Trump!

Yale fail: Ivy leaguers sign 'petition' to repeal First Amendment

Trigger warning! This story and video may be unsuitable viewing for the “safe space” crowd.
Looking to understand just how controversial the debate over free speech on our college campuses really is, filmmaker and satirist Ami Horowitz recently traveled to Yale University, one of our nation’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning, to speak directly to students.
“I decided to take this campus free speech debate to its logical conclusion,” said Horowitz, who asked students if they’d sign a petition calling for an outright repeal of the First Amendment. “The result was this unbelievable display of total stupidity.”
In fact, Horowitz discovered a solid majority of the students asked willingly signed the petition, with several expressing their enthusiastic approval for his anti-First Amendment efforts.
“I think it’s really awesome that you’re out here,” said one student.
Watch the video to find out just how many supported the petition, and how willing many students were to sign away their more basic rights of free speech and expression.

SAME OLD CRAP, NOTHING HAS CHANGED:, Congress won't vote on $1.1 trillion spending bill until Friday, forcing another stop-gap measure

House Speaker Paul Ryan said Wednesday that the chamber will now vote Friday on the $1.14 trillion end-of-the-year spending bill, breaking another deadline and forcing a second stop-gap resolution to keep the government running.
Late Tuesday, Ryan released the legislation, which was followed by some fellow House Republicans vowing a vote by Thursday.
Congress missed the original Dec. 11 deadline, resulting in the first stop-gap resolution, which runs out Wednesday night.
Ryan, R-Wis., also said the legislation that extends the tax-break, which accompanies the omnibus spending bill, will be voted on Thursday. Both will then go to the Senate for final votes.
Despite dissenters in both parties, passage is likely and President Obama's signature seems assured.
The spending bill includes the GOP proposal to lift a four-decades-old ban on exporting U.S. crude oil. It also includes increases in domestic and defense spending. And it increases the federal deficit by hundreds of billions of dollars by extending numerous, popular tax credits without paying for them.
Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, said he was impressed with the work Congress had done on the tax-credit legislation and the $1.14 trillion omnibus spending bill. However, he said he was unsure about whether he could vote for either.
The final package also is expected to allow for the delay of three ObamaCare taxes -- the medical device tax, so-called “Cadillac tax” and health insurance tax -- congressional sources told Fox News.
The first two taxes -- on medical devices and high-end insurance plans -- were supposed to take effect in 2018, but would be delayed until 2020 if the deal passes as expected.
The third, a levy imposed on health insurers that typically is passed onto customers in the form of higher premiums, would be suspended for a year.
The deal, Congress' last major piece of unfinished business for the year, became the vehicle for countless long-sought priorities and odds and ends, including reform of visa-free travel to the U.S., renewable energy tax credits and health benefits for 9/11 first responders.
Democrats, despite their minority party status in Congress, exacted a price in the negotiations, thanks to Obama's veto pen and Republicans' need for their votes on the spending bill.
Democrats said they blocked more than 150 GOP-sought provisions, including language blocking federal money for Planned Parenthood, which would be certain to draw Obama's veto.
Final negotiations focused on horse trading around Democratic demands in exchange for lifting the 40-year-old ban on exporting crude oil.
Democrats succeeded in killing GOP attempts to roll back Obama environmental regulations, and obtained extensions of wind and solar tax credits, and permanent extension of the child tax credit.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest on Tuesday suggested that Obama will sign the oil-export bill despite previous threats to veto the measure.
The export ban was imposed during energy shortages of the 1970s but has been declared outdated by industry allies. Environmentalists say lifting it would amount to a giant windfall for the oil industry.
The final package ignores conservative demands for language clamping down on Syrian refugees entering the U.S.
Instead, it contains changes tightening up the "visa waiver" program that allows visa-free travel to the U.S. for citizens of 38 countries, including France and Belgium, where many of last month's Paris attackers were from.
Also in play are about 50 lapsed and expiring business and individual tax breaks that the two sides were looking to extend, in some cases permanently.
The price tag could mushroom to several hundred billion dollars or more over a decade, which would further add to federal deficits. The two sides agreed to make some expiring business tax credits permanent in exchange for doing the same to tax breaks for children, college students and lower-earning families.
